Tom was educated and grew up in Leicestershire and has worked in the East Midlands property market since 1997. Beginning his career as an accompanied viewer, he rose quickly through the ranks of agency to fulfil roles as a valuer and then senior valuer – before being head hunted for a new role and a move to Nottingham. Tom opened the first branch of Thomas James in Nottingham City Centre 2003 and bucked the trend by growing the business exponentially following the financial crisis starting in 2007, with further branches opening later in Nottingham’s villages and suburbs. Tom’s experience and ambition ensures that Thomas James is always a leader in technological advances, and continues to provide the best levels of customer service. A busy home life is spent with his wife, three energetic boys and a family dog! Time allowing, Tom enjoys country pursuits, along with ski-ing, socialising and classic cars.
